Beyond pathetic

Poor, bad, pathetic, non existing service!! What more can you ask for in South Africa - and its all "free" - that is if you don't count/add the costs of the phone calls / e-mails / faxes / petrol wasted going to and from the agents!! How long does it take to (1) cancel a contract (end of 2-year contract - 30days cancellation notice given 6 weeks in advance), (2) write back charges debited to the account and (3) stop sending threatening sms'e demanding payment for a contract that should have been cancelled.?! Million dollar question: how long will you be allowed to contravene the CPA: Consumer Right No 6: "Right to fair and honest dealing".
And please, be brave, make the effort to respond with results and not the standard "we are sorry for the inconvenience"!!
