My son had his cell phones and after a few attempts to have the phones blacklisted, I was ready to give up with Vodacom. I was put through to the supervisor (Lesego Keikabile) who was patient and took time to assist me with my problem.
it was refreshing to know that there are people at Vodacom who take pride in caring for customers.
