Sifiso going an extra mile to assist a client

I used to have an account with MTN and I was due for an upgrade. I wanted an Apple iPAD for my upgrade but sadly I was declined 5 times. Out of anger I asked them to "cancel" my contract with MTN, not knowing that my number will be deactivated and I won't be able to use my number again. After a couple of days my number was deactivated; I tried to reactivate my number. That's where the problem started. I was sent from pillar to post. Up until I asked to be transferred to a "supervisor or manager", which I was assisted by the guy who's name is Sifiso. Sifiso was a very helpful guy. I wish MTN can have more people who are helpful like Sifiso. I am really proud of Sifiso.
