I went to a Vodacom shop in Vdbp to renew my data contract and i found out someone already upgraded on my behalf online. i went to the police station to get a declaration for this matter. one of the consultants helped me try to get this sorted out. i even went to Midrand myself to see if they can help me and a lady named Promise Malinga helped me on 30/12/'13 but that wasn't much help either. The consultant spoke to several call center consultants but it doesn't seem as if they want to help her.(Donovan Odendaal, Kgothatso Segoana, Tiro Oichaba, Lizaan Flink, Thato Africa, Damian, Morwa, Sophia, Mpumi) they all say they want to help but they don't give me the answers i need that could actually help me if it is not the upgrade it is money that they tried to deduct on my account. if this is not sorted out within 48hours from today 16/01/2014 i am going to take this further and Vodacom will lose a lot of Clients because of this upgrade on my name that i have been trying to sort out since 06/12/2013. this is ridiculous . i don't think that anyone can call this customer service.
