Ecently i upgraded my vodacom contract and received my new phone with the package i selected to better suit my pocket.
the cellphone upgrade took place more or less the end of January early February. my debit order which i have with Vodacom comes off at every month on the 27th day but the end of February was different. my debit order for an exuberant amount of over R1500.00 was deducted from my account with that said they still suspended my phone for apparently "exceeding my data limit" I've never heard of anything as ridiculous as this before in my life. so they deduct their money but still block my phone of usage. how ob surd is this? and on top of it the consultants at the customer care service call centre tells me that on their system it shows that my account is active after my 3rd attempt to get this sorted over a 3 day period and different answers from different people. the last customer service agent i spoke to said that he will have to get a hold of the technical dept to find out what the problem is, I'm still waiting on a response and a explanation as my phone is still blocked. what a rip off.
