The worse company to have a contract with

Have a contract with cell c which comes with a moderm and the monthly subscription is R300.00. But since ever I have had the contract I have never paid the R300. 00 I'm billed more more and when a call the call centre I hold for more than 30 minutes and they hang the phone. The moderm has had endless problems connecting to the internet. This last month billed more that R400.00 after I called and asked them to suspend the services after I have reached my limit. I have not used the moderm since late November if not the earliest of December but my bill is stil more than R300.00 and when I ask for a manager I get transfered and no one ever picks up the phone. I was told today if I want to cancel my contract I must pay an amount of over R3000.00 on top of the bad service I have received from cell c. Every time I am given a Ref No. and I phone back no one can pick up anything on the ref no. I am giving the consultant. When I reported I could log on to the internet i was told they will sort it out and I was sent a network investigation sheet I completed the sheet and I was told by the consultant that I wont be Billed for 3 months but that never happened.
