Number change

I was 3 times at 8ta stores at greenacres just to have 1 of my numbers changed both promised me they cant do it in store and will send a mail to their head office and give me feedback but im waiting since nov 2013 I phoned about 10 times but no one answers the phone or contact me since then please help im stil waiting to have my number changed
