8.ta not updating my banking details

I went into the Centurion Telkom store 3 times to attempt to change my banking details. Stood in the lines for more than an hour each time because that is how pathetic the service is. After going in 3 times my detail has still not been changed. After confirming with the consultant 3 times that it has been done. None of them could even supply me with any hard copy proof that it has been done. So I phoned the customer services to try again to change it and they advised me that they will log a call because it is a issue to change it on their side. I was informed that I will receive a sms with the call number to follow up. I am still waiting for the sms. I phoned them again today and they consultant could see that a call had been logged but changes had not been made. The consultant said she changed it on her side. I requested a reference and she could not supply me with any reference so again I have no proof that it has been done. I was also informed that it will take 1 month to become effective. The service is pathetic you would think if you want your money you would change the details asap, guess not. It is unacceptable that it also takes a month instead of immediate effect as well!
