Moved from contract to prepaid

I was with MTN contrct for over two years my montly premium was R178 all of a sudden they went and deducted R246 without advising me, when i called to quiry that they told me i was out of contract but the over deduction was a mistake they will reimbuse me, i cancelled the contract on that day and opted to go to prepaid that was end May. end june they went and deducted angain another R246 which i reversed because i am still waiting for my refund. i kept comunicating with Unice to advise me on what to do whom on number of occassions ignored my emails whan she did respond she went out of context. i dont dispute that i have to pay they i will pay them but i need to know how much exactly am i to pay because R246 i never signed for. i called their coustomer care line where they take me from one pillor to another in the mean time i keep getting threatening sms's but one one to assist me with my concern.
