Idiculous billing

My billing is over my limit and I want to know why. I use Wi-Fi to logon internet and when I make calls it's an emergency.someone better give me a reason and a breakdown as to how it got to that much. Ian always suspended even when I still have airtime and data. Now I'm charged for content?! I want an explanation now, someone better respond because all the complaints on this page makes me believe u must be doing something wrong
