I cancelled my contract in December [I couldn't even understand why i had to call MTN to cancel because 24months ended in November, therefore they should update their system] The lady i spoke to cancelled my services immediately, i had to buy BIS to be connected but to my suprise they debited end of Dec and i reversed it... end of Jan another debit, i had to go and reverse it. For crying out loud it costs me R26 to reverse a payment. I want you guys to refund my R52, i dont have time for this nonsense when i know for a fact that i terminated my contract.
What am i paying for? when no airtime was even credited to my account? someone better make sure that was the last debit.
