REF # A1307195741 BILLING DISPUTE

A billing dispute was logged by myself on the 18th July 2013 for a billing dispute.
The dispute was that I requested a data bundle to be loaded on my account in August of 2011 to control my data usage. To my surprise I found out that this was infact not done by the SP in question. This resulted in me being charged ridiculous amounts of money for just under 2years!
I was informed Thursday that It will be taken up only for me to phone in on Friday and find out that they investigated the wrong bundle. (I loaded a bundle as soon as I realised I didnt have a bundle even though I requested one 2 years ago). To my huge dissapointment I then had to log another dispute as the one they incorrectly investigated was closed. It is now Tuesday 23rd July and this matter is still being investigated.
Its so funny because theres a strong possibility that Autopage will need to give me a significant credit for incorrect billing, now they want to take their time in getting back to me.
I phoned in now and request to speak to a manager and get told 'managers dont attend to calls anymore', but the lady Grace did put me on hold for 10minutes which resulted in me hanging up.

I am utterly disgusted!!
