Don't be Fooled Afrihost by far not 100% passion and certainly not Internet Joy!!! since I have been waiting 3 months Yes 3 Months to get intermittent internet resolved AH20130129-43624. Suggestions were made to upgrade my line from a 2mb to a 4mb AH20130418-55107, of which I did and certainly being billed Pro Rata for a slower package!!! now my speed has been dropped to 1Mb not 4mb see details below SHOCKING . Unbelievable Spoken to Siyabonga, with no success only to wait, I mailed the Support team, got a reply back from Phemelo to downgrade again from 4mb to 2mb however my line speed is now slower than ever before 1mb. To my amazement I got a mail from Motebang only to tell me that the exchange is 4mb capable well clearly no one knows what the to do and or to say, blame Telkom in the interim exchange is full to much traffic on the higway as nicely explained by Oran and so forth. I hope that I can get a reply from you Afrihost Gian whoever can you assist in resolving this matter i am out of options here???
