2 Meg line i think not

Well where to start...

Lets start with the obvious, i ran four different speed test's and all of them reported back to me that my download speed is 0.41mps and upload speed is 0.38mps

Test conducted on Mon Feb 04 2013 20:24:49 GMT 0200 (South Africa Standard Time)

Download Speed: 411 kbps (51.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 384 kbps (48 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 228 ms

Proof is above.

Secondly upon opening my account, it shows that i have been charged for two separate accounts that have been linked to my account. This has been rectified and i was assured that i would be credited with the amount that i have over payed and the second account was removed.

Now i wanted to upgrade my line at the end of the month 28th Feb 2013 to a 4meg line but what is the point if i am not going to be able to use the full amount of bandwith that i am paying for.

I am in the customer service game and am a paying customer, and am not asking for more than i pay, i pay for a 2meg line and would like access to my full 2meg's. And spare me the subject to line speed speech you are way off. FIX or i will take this further.
