I logged a fault on my line five days ago. Up till today not a single response regarding the status of the repair. But instead receive the statement for Jan. I feel this totally unacceptable why should i be paying rental when the line has been dead for the past week. Why should we always resort to Hello Peter for our complaints to be resolved!! Why cant we just receive the service after all its not a free service we are paying for it!!! Please can someone contact me ASAP!!!
