I logged a repair call on the 11th of Jan 2014 of which i received an sms with areference number, after lots off phone calls i than received a second sms a week later on the 18th of of Jan 2014 stating that my repair is with the technical repair division. And since nothing no SMS or Phone call. I really am taken aback by this service. Why should we have to resort to Hello Peter ad social Platforms for our issues to be reolved. Why can't we just get the service we deserve after all its not a free service we are paying!! I would like someone to have a look into this matter and revert back to me ASAP!! For all the days that my line has been dead (11 Days) i would like that to be taken out of my rental fee!! Why should i be paying renatl for a dead line???
