I sent through a claim on 03 January 2013 via email. To date I have not been refunded. I have spoken to 3 call centre agents and 2 "supervisors" namely Samantha Zeelie and Viloshnee Perumal and still no resolution.
I get promised a call back and no one calls back, how pathetic is that considering that the amount you charge us every month should dictate a very jacked up customer care team!!!
I have to keep on calling you to find out what the is going on?? On 3 of my calls I was assured that it will be sorted out but from my conversation with Viloshnee this morning I gather that absolutely nothing has been done!!
Its a simple thing I am asking for, look at my claim, check the POP and transfer the money to my account!!! Is that rocket science that it needs 3 call centre agents and 2 "supervisors" to resolve, well actually to not resolve!
I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, failing which, well if you have a decent Hello Peter team you will know what follows.
