4months ago vodacom called me and offered me a data bundle promo.
I took the promo package and have had to speak to customer care, team leaders and managers every month just to get what I paid for. I know the on hold tune of by heart already - TIME/LIFE WASTED on calls every month/week!!
They just can't seem to load the data successfully every month - ever tried explaining your problem to 30 over 4months and no-one can fix it. I have received numerous customer care sms but no fix yet - 4months and they can't fix it.
Then today when I call in and try and cancel my contract, they tell me I have to pay the full 24months - ROBBBERY!!!
