VVm personnel horrible

I received a call from a Phindile, she said she is calling from VVM with regards to my homechoice account. i quickly told her i had spoken to he ladies at homechoice, advised them that it is a account, i emailed the relevant documents, she proceeded to shout at me and tell me that she never asked home choice to send their file to her. i said to her i spoke to homechoice and i suggest that you call them and ask them because i was called and the ladies apologised to me. she them continued and said she will never apologise to me (i never asked her to apologise). so can this lady please tell me why she shouted at me? why she called me to begin with? and i need to chat to her supervisor because clearly they are allowed to be rude to us
