Appalling Service

I did a money transfer through checkers and unfortunately the pin came back as wrong pin, I then went to checkers Monday evening to sort the dilemma, the lady at the booth was very helpful. Then she refered the case to her superior by the name of Wisani who called me on Tuesday and offered to call me back in an hour or once the pin was rese, she never called. I followed up 4 times on Wednesday and was told she went to fetch her kids from school, to date she never called back. Today I call her and found her, she didn't even apologise for no feedback she just had a nasty attitude on the phone. Not even the decency to apologise for not getting back to me. She made me feel like she is doing me a favour. I DO NOT NEED A FAVOUR FROM CHECKERS, THEY MUST CHECK THEIR RECORDS HOW MUCH MONEY TRANSFER BUSINESS I GIVE THEM BEFORE GIVING ME ATTITUDE.
