On December 4th 2013 an invoice was made out to me, I paid the amount on the 18th (I've got bank statements to prove this). On January 6th 2014 I received an sms saying my account was in arrear, I went to pay that immediately only to find out it's for the same December 4th invoice. The lady at Klerksdorp branch said she couldn't help me, I phoned Telkom directly, they haven't come back to me, also logged two complaints, no reply yet.
