I got a statement for 3rd December 2013 for R10.99. I also received an Invoice for December 14 2013.
I went to Westgate to pay them yesterday (January 12).
I told the lady that there were 2 payments to be made AND SHE TOLD ME NO - PAY ONLY ONCE (the Invoice). I pointed out to her that there were 2 different dates but she said NO! ONLY 1 INVOICE.
So I paid that one invoice. Scamral must not now come to me and ask for that December 14th payment as I was there to pay it, but she would not let me.
