Failure to produce a device due to broken printe

I signed a contract with MTN Menlyn Shop G 35 for a new Samsung Tab 3. I signed the contract on Friday 10th and they told me credit vetting will take 2-48 hours and so I patiently waited for more than 48 hours Finally they approve, I was sent an SMS telling me to come collect my device and I immediately drove there and they tell me their printer is broken. The lady whom I spoke to wasn't even sorry that I had drove all the way there only to hear their printer is broken. I am still waiting for the tablet even today, 4 days later.
