8ta mobile must be the worst company in SA. I have purchased a data bundle from them, and low and behold, I cannot access my internet in the day from Rosebank!!! When I purchased the bundle the saleperson informed me there is coverage in Rosebank, as I intend using the service mainly in Jhb and surrounding areas like Midrand. This is not where the sage stop: When, I three months ago, reported the incident via the 081180 number they said that they will log a call. Nothing happened, then I phoned again and eventually a Technician came out to my office and tested the signal which he confirmed was extremely poor. He mentioned to me that the tower was faulty and that he will address the issue. Nothing happened. Then went on leave, only to find when I arrived back - nothing is still working during daytime. Please stay away from 8ta, they are useless and you are going to waste your money on endless cell phone calls and a lot of to try and cover up their incompetence. The call centre is NOT working and the service absolutely horrible.
