On 24/07/2012 I signed a contract for a 1meg uncapped all inc deal for R 339.00 per month--That is R199 for data and R140 for a 1 meg line rental--Now Telkom has upgraded my line to 2meg free of charge but mweb refuses to let me use the 2 meg line- If I want to upgrade my data to 2 meg then surly my line rental should stay the same due to the free "upgrade" from telkom and I only have to pay for the 2 meg data??? Is all the upgrades in vain? and why if the lines are "cheaper" we have to pay the same price? We are getting ripped of at the moment due to all the "upgrades"
