Hi everybody. About a month ago I contacted MTN regarding very very poor signal. I'm still struggling to receive 3G signal which I reported. I ONLY use it for online gaming and rarely download online software to be able to play a game online. After 25 emails to and from MTN there's still no response. No feedback nothing. It was supposed to take 10 working days for my problem to be resolved and its more than a month now. I'm very very unsatisfied with the service I get although I pay the monthly installment of course. For the last 3 to 4 working days I've been emailing their customer care with no luck, no response. I only want what I'm paying for that's only fair. I can hardly go online that's how poor the signal is and the worst of all is that I'm stuck with this contract until April 2015. Very very unsatisfied customer. I don't think that I will do business with MTN ever again!!!
