I took in two phones into Jabulani malls repair centres one was a nokia N8, which vodacom decided to replace it with a Nokia 720i a black one and gave me all the charging equipment. the phone didn't even work a week. i brought it back with erthing that came with it. they replaced it again with same lumia but no special charging equipment for particular phone. The consultant helping me insinuated that i cannot afford this equipment which is meant to come with phone and this phone worked for a day, she tore all paper work, then she said get a new one... the second phone was a blackberry which was given with battery came back with no battery i was told to buy anther one with so much attitude. i was advised to speak to regional manger for this outlet instead they keep giving no that do not exist or he never picks up calls and does not respond to emails. i was promised a call back by Pamela and colleague which i'm still waiting for. Does vodacom condone the service their respective service providers give and does it mean that the warranty does not really work and cover repairs... what on earth is happening there... I'm really thinking of changing service providers.
