An MTN account was opened in my name a while back. I have reported it numerous times now - so many I have lost count. I then posted a complaint on Hello Peter, to which Wenzile Masina responded.
I have now been blacklisted for the account, which as stated before, I DID NOT OPEN. It is a small amount, but I do not believe that I have to pay for it.
I have also sent through my affidavit and supporting documents numerous times.
The department of MTN refers me to Customer Services, while customer services refers me back to the department. A never-ending cycle of reference numbers both departments say they do not recognise in their systems.
The level of service is appalling.
Can a competent individual please contact me, as I want the account closed, the money written off and my name cleared.
Whoever responds, do not tell me to ring "0831237867" or "083808" - the individuals there say they cannot assist.
