I loose

On the 16th of January I was robbed of valuables including my cell phone. I blocked my phone and sim. NOW; I borrowed money to buy a new sim card while i wait for my bank cards to be replaced. I have logged a sim swap with the customer care centre. I have made several phone calls, it is now almost a week. I am a single parent, I use my phone for work and business. My daughter is 600km away from me the only communication I have is my cell phone. I have not had a phone call, or any communication from CELL C. As it is I am losing business and money. If something should happen to my daughter my parents will not be able to get hold of me. But let me pay account a bit late and the line is soft locked, so they dont want to loose money. But I can, now that I am in need of help THEY JUST DONT CARE!!! Then to top it all of I am being revered to a CELL C shop, HELLO NO... BANK CARDS, I CANNOT DRAW CASH!!! If they are really as good as i thought they were they will contact me on the last number left with customer care this morning. I am really frustrated and tired of waiting.
