After logging a complaint on hello peter for poor delivery, the games were finally delivired on the 12th working day. When the games were opened I noticed that one of them did not have a cd key. I need this key to register the game online so that I can play the game. Contacted your useless online department who promised (yet again) to call me back in 2 days as they need to contact someone else... this was on Thursday last week... no response. So now I am sitting with R300 worth of game that I can not play. Never again will I buy from cna online and neither will any of my friends or family. Your service is utterly pathetic.
