Account balance ridiculousely and unaffordable

Hi i got my samsung tablet 3 months ago and my bill keep on being unaffordable. Im on the my gig 3 standard cintract and whenever my 3 gig is finished the data just go on and on. And theres so many people that complain about it bt mostly the fact that vodacom is so expensive!! Ive contacted vodacom probably 10 times already by sending and email quering my very high data usage cost and to make payment arrangemenfs and thers now way i will be able to afford my bill. Whenever i check my account balances with every option they give u to check they say i did make a payment and now all of a sudden my account is in arrears. How can it be possible that the debit order went off every months and all of a sudden by month 22 it didnt and im also due for an upgrade and whenever i wana upgrade onlinr (like 5 times) they give me different options to upgrade with but the best part was when i phned the last time the call centre agent gave me older options/phnes that i currently have. Whats the usethen of doing an upgrade if they actually want u to downgrade. Vodacom is really disappointing me for the couple of months now and nobody ever gets back to h!!
