I have a contract with Telkom for the fastest ADSL for residential usage. For the past week, we are struggling to get onto sites, and even Google has to be reloaded before any data becomes available.

We have registered a complaint on the Telkom site, given a reference, and nobody has contacted us.

I have to pay my account according to our contract, but you don't delive
