Incompetent staff

For about 6 month i have been trying to cancel my 10gb promo contract cause i was unable to
use it due to poor signal in my area.
finally on the 15th of november 2013 a lady called me and told me that the contract was cancelled and that i was going to get a full refund, there was no cancelation fee and i get to keep the usb dongel..which really made me happy.
then on the 31st decemeber 2013 R999.21 as been taken out of my account.
then i speak to 3 different people all saying that they will sort it out.a reference was given to me.when i call a lady by the name of gugeletu nelani told me that the case was close and it had nothing about a refund money for cancellation.
iam sick and tired of 8ta giving me the run around for my money.they need to employ staff that can help people not make them more upset.
