My MTN contract is due for upgrade. Firstly, the monthly rates for the contract doubled with no warning. I went to MTN in Norwood to change from contract to prepaid. The consultants informed me that the only way to do that is to call 808. I phoned 808. The voice prompts do not offer an option to change to pre-paid. So I attempted to go through to a consultant. I was kept holding for more than 30 minutes and am still holding. Is there not an easier, more efficient, way to change from contract to prepaid?
