I reported "no service" on my moms landline on the 12 December2013. I did this via the internet and via sms. I have tried to follow the progress report on the internet, but the message says "open". i have then tried twice to call the faults department. the first time i was told that it is a problem with the line, which we knew, and that they were aware of the problem. After 2 weeks I phoned again. This time I was told that they were working on the line. Now more than a month has gone by, no phone, no definite answer, and seems nowhere closer to the phone being repaired. I bet there will be a bill for rental in the post!!!
