I called your call centre before the 20th december and 2 agents confirmed that my account will be debited a amount that is less than R350 on the 28th of January and now I get a statement stating that R490 is due. Really what is this. I need a competent person to call me tell me and assist me, because really this will be the 4th or 5th month that you guys will be debiting a amount that is double my installment.
