I have been having endless ADSL issue where my connection keeps dropping and i need to constantly reset my router. Telkom first said it is not their fault, however my session data from my ISP tells a different story.
So my ISP also logged a call with telkom, I have yet to hear anything from Telkom. When I phone telkom they tell me they can see no connection interruptions on my port but I can see from my session data that there is connectivity loss.
This needs to be resolved as I refuse to pay for a service that is Faulty.
I am the customer so I am not suppose to suffer because of Telkoms incompetence
