Cell C bad service with no resolution (3 months)

This is the first contract I have ever taken in my life. I took out a Samsung SIII with Cell C and the first 2 months of debits went through ok. From the 3rd month I have been experiencing problems where I am debited, then a week or so later the money is returned to my account. I try to re-debit then they have complications on their side and then my phone gets turned off. This has been happening for 3 months now. Every time I call to get it fixed they say they have logged a query but no one gets back to me. Someone got back to me a few days ago but it was useless because they could not help. I don't know what else to do. I called in at the beginning of December and asked to speak to a supervisor. They helped, my phone was reconnected and then 3 days later it was switched off again. I am on the phone with Cell C about 2 hours every month. When I took out my contract Mid year last year they also mentioned that Samsung covers any damages in the first 6 months. My screen is cracked and they want R1900 to repair it. I would love to give them R5000 to close my contract and probably move back to MTN but I do not have that money to play with. It's been a frustrating couple of months.
