I visited Carlton Hair international in rose bank, at the zone enquiring about doing a facial treatment called microdermabrasion which I have experience with in my face, so the beautician there called Mpho tells me that they do have the machine to do it, but she does not feel comfortable doing it, So expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for details of higher management, they gave me the numbers: 0116462420 and told me to speak with BEV, so I called the number because I wanted to do business with them because it's convenient for me. only to find out that the number said to be for head office is a call Centre number, answered by a rude person, giving me wrong emails for raising my concerns and they have never heard of BEV as given to me by mpho's manager. I really felt that they beautician had a bad attitude, made the whole thing about her and her professionalism and not being considerate of the customer's needs. She even emphasized that she will not do it on a black skin, what an attitude; I think carton hair international is the worst beauty organization and therefore don't think they should be in business.am very disappointed in mpho and her manager.
