I called SARS on behalf of my dad as he does not have access to a phone or a laptop. I completed his efilling online and needed confirmation if it was filled or not. A rude consultant name mpho answered the call sounding very annoyed and refused to assist me saying his is not even going to debate with me that this is my dads account and wont give out information. Even though this was a general question. Waiting for 30 minutes on the line waiting to be assisted was a complete waste of time. Please pull the call and teach Mpho cutomer delight skills.
