No feed back received after i reported everything

I am with vodacom the way the handled my case of, so i want to notify Vodacom that i am taking legal steps since they don't want to communicate with me or update me with my case after such a longtime, Vodacom will talk to my legal advice i am feed up with Vodacom head office with their empty promises, forever with Vodacom and their head office unprofessional staff.
