Lindiwe failed to explain the contract to me

I came to autopage east gate mall looking for a contact cell phone that cost not more than R 300, 00 a month, i had a black berry which its BIS cost R 60, 00 a month, but as it was my birth month i wanted to get something nicer for myself, which i clearly explained to Lindiwe. i only had this phone for only two months and i have been billed R 2500, 00. and i have logged complaints where no one comes back to me with the progress of my compliant. i even requested the limit of R 50, 00 which i was advised that if it goes over the limit it wont exceed R 100.00 or R 150.00 which i agreed on. i will appreciate if the bill can be reduced to half R 1250 (refund the half back to my account) as i was incorrectly advised by Lindiwe and i was under the impression that my phone has a limit lock.

the bill of R 1400 - was debited on December 2013 and the second one of R 1200 is due on the 15th of January 2014. ( or they can Void the second bill of R 1200 that is due this month i'll be happy) as now the other lady Thabisle Mathe clearly explained to me how the billing works and the usage of data bundle on autopage network. and also advised me to switch to Top-Up in April.
