Wall falling over due to Telkom trench

Telkom dug some trenches to lay cable along Webb road in Queenswood, Pretoria.
A trench was dug outside our front wall and front lawn and garden taken up, within a meter of our wall.

This occurred mid 2013.
Firstly we only received notice of this work once it had commenced and the garden and lawn was never put back.

Over the following months we had a number of problems with our electric gate to the property not closing correctly and have spent a large sum on trying to correct this, unsuccessfully.

Over the last two months following the attempts to fix the gate it has slowly become evident that the problem is not in fact the gate but the wall.
The wall is now noticeably leaning over, causing the gate misalignment.
We are extremely concerned as this is occurring at a rapid rate and the gate now has to be closed manually.

Please can Telkom arrange to assess the damage and let us know what they will do about this damage to my wall.
