Claim number 92435923. We had a break-in at our house on 31/12/2012. I reported the break-in to Outsurance @ 7:30 am on 2/01/2013. There was damage to our building, and Royal Gates was appointed to fix our hallway where the perpetrators broke our security gate out off the wall. Outsurance promised me that they will send out Royal Gates to safe'n our house. We slept without a security gate for 2 weeks. After M & W Maintenance came out to fix the wall, Royal Gates came to put the gate back, just for us to realize that the screws that they used was too long and they damaged the wall again!!! M & W Maintenance had to come out again to fix the wall on 17/01/2013. We have since been waiting for Royal Gates to contact us to paint the wall. They phoned this morning @ 8:03 am to make an appointment for this morning! One of their workers phoned now to say that they wont make it for today, and if we can move it to tomorrow 24/01/2013.
My husband had to stay home for all the repair work to be done. He had to stay at home AGAIN today, waiting for Royal Gates to arrive! He had to take unpaid leave for all the days that the repair work was done. Who is going to reimburse us???
