I received a call from MTN (02/01/2014) that i can upgrade my contract etc. then applied for a new phone - the next day they wanted to deliver the phone and contract. then said to the courier company they should deliver on the Monday (06/01/2014) and so they did. While checking the paper contract, there was a problem with the marital status - so they had to send back the whole parcel etc. I have phoned MTN on several occasions re the delivery etc and till today (10/01/2013) have not received any feedback. this is very frustrating. Every time when i call the MTN offices the person (Vusi) is never available and leaves me with no other choice but to speak to other consultants but with no luck in getting NO FEEDBACK or anything from either Vusi or any of other consultants. They keep telling me they will phone back and keep me updated but no communication received from any of their consultants. I am highly disappointed in the service MTN has given me. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED AND VERY FRUSTRATED!!!
