Outsurance is continuously sending me SMS' (sometimes 8 per day) regarding vehicle assessments. I have called the Outsurance client care number several times to inform them that they have the incorrect number and to request that it be removed from the database as I am not affiliated with Outsurance in any way. This has not happened and the sms' continue to be sent to my cell phone every day. This is extremely frustrating and no-one at Outsurance appears to be able to sort this problem out. I have sent copies of the sms' to consultants at Outsurance and every time they say they will investigate and get back to me. This hasn't happened.
Not impressed with Outsurance at all!!
