8ta / Telkom Mobile
Terrible service

There are the following problems with this store:
1.they NEVER answer their Phone
2. they don't know enough about the products they are selling
3. their customer service is terrible!

I sat last Saturday trying to get my contract upgraded. I called this store 4 times each time being sent to an automated service by this time I decided to go to the store. when I asked about the product I wanted to upgrade to I was given the same info as what's in the brochure (not helpful) I asked if this product was in stock only to be told "I don't know"

8ta/ Telkom mobile has lovely specials but unfortunately their customer service!! I think all stores need to receive more training and those who aren't up to scratch should be penalised.
