EXPIRED CONTRACTS

My contracts by 8ta (telkom Mobile) has expried on 29/09/2013 and since 17/09/2013 I am trying to cancel these contracts on a cancellation form thy required from me. I have sent a form to fax nr 012 6421672 on 17/09/2013, andon 26/11/2013, 27/11/2013 and on 05/12/2013 I have faxed these forms to 088 012 3113872 and 088 012 6421672. I have also emailed the forms on 05/12/2013 at 12:20 to [Email Removed] on 09/12/2013 at 09:18 I emailed these forms to [Email Removed] and also faxed to 012 6421672. At 09:26 this morning I phoned helpdesk again and my contract is still not cancelled. I am now forced to go to Bethlehem wich is an hours drive from me to cancel the contracts. I had to go to the bank to install a stop order on this. I AM NOW PRETTY FED UP WITH 8ta. I have all the forms and emails If you need it.
