I have been a Vodacom customer for 11 years, I have spend close to R250 000.00 in these 11 years.
In 2013 I have had major issues with data invoices and as a result I stopped the debit orders, it took 3-4 months to sort out after numerous calls to the useless call center I reported them on Hello Peter and then only got to speak to a competent person. Now I need a new device and wish to upgrade and I am told that due to me cancelling the debit orders and paying late, I do not meet the credit rating any more!!!
I am liver-ed about the entire situation and feel as if my 11 years has earned me no loyalty from Vodacom!!!
