I currently have a data contract with you'll (R289 pm for the uncapped lite - 24 month contract) which is scheduled to end at the end of November'13. I wanted to make sure that this contract ends as at the end of this month, therefore I had emailed customer care on the 21st of November'13 to confirm this. It took a week for a response from Thenjelwa Mesatyi, which he had confirmed that cancellation of my contract. On the 30th of December'13 I walked into the MTN store in the Gateway shopping centre just to confirm this, when I was told that my contract was still ongoing. I am deeply upset with this. Please can you rectify this. If you do not, I will place a stop order on the debit order, as I have proof via email that you'll supposed to cancel this contract as at the end of November. I work in credit for one of the big 4 banks so I know my rights!
